Glyn is Back

Well the past month has been a fairly rough time in my life!  My mum passed away just before Christmas which as you can imagine stopped me from doing many things, one of them blogging!  Prior to mum's passing my sister, brother and I organized to go back home (Wanganui, New Zealand) to spend time with family and help mum out as she was not healthy.  Alas she beat us to it!  As we all agreed "She did it HER way!"  So my Christmas was a torn one full of emotion and sadness and thankfully we were together to help each other out.  It has been said time and time again but it never hits home until it happens to you - Life Is Short!  You never know what or who is around the corner which means you have to live life always....

My P90X was driven to a grinding halt which means I will be starting this back up, from the top, next week.  As I have already done 2 months I know what to expect and can possibly enhance and improve my process.

DancePlug is looking fantastic and I can honestly say "We have done well".  Our dedicated team Anh Dillon, Adam Parson and of course the old man (ME) have given the dance community a wonderful resource.  I would also like to thank Benjamin Allen for his wonderful talent in the DancePlug Dish.



The DancePlug faculty without exception have added their awesome choreography and made our classes a wonderful resource.  Our feedback for this service has been tremendous and we look to the future in adding new content and technology over time.

On that note I would like to wrap up this blog with some simple thoughts.  Are we doing what we want to be doing?  Are we moving toward our goals?  Are we getting the most out of each day?  Where to next...
