P90X Revisited - Round 2

Well I have to admit it has taken me a very long time to get it together and get back onto actually finish the P90X training.  I had commenced this in October 2009 and never completed it as my Mother passed before Christmas and as you can imagine everything was complete chaos.  So I am here to give you a quick update on my progress so far:

  • I have now completed 2 weeks
  • Am in the middle of my third (Yoga tomorrow, is bloody long but worth it when you feel so good afterwards)
  • My body is responding well and getting stronger
  • With the diet I am being fairly strict (not as strict as when I did the first round but a very good balanced diet, loads of salads)

Anh and I play tennis a couple of times a week as well for extra exercise which we find heaps of fun.

So the aim is to actually finish this time and not putter out at the end.  As always I will do my best to fulfill my wishes and make it happen!
