Christy Cody

Christy Cody, a native Californian was raised in a musical family and started performing in front of large audiences at a very young age. Her first professional gig was for the Disney family in “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” show at Disneyland. From there she went on to perform from leading roles to dancing and assisted choreographing in numerous Professional Musicals. Such Musicals include “Guys and Dolls”,” Sweet Charity”, “Godspell”, “How to Succeed in Business”, “Damn Yankees”, “Music Man”, “Sound of Music”, “Mame” and many more. From there Christy went on to perform in several films and music videos. A few of her films include “Angel Baby”, “Dance Freak”, “Showgirls 2” and danced in Music Videos for “Jes’s”, “Closer”, “Men’s”, “Off Our Back”, and most recently Beyonce's "Run the World Girls". Christy says one of her greatest accomplishments was being excepted and graduating from the Edge Performing Arts Centers highly acclaimed Professional Scholarship Program. She has held Master classes and judged for dance competitions through out the US and Christy is looking forward to seeing you dance your heart out.
