| description: | Artistic director Judith FLEX Helle describes Luminario Ballet’s second season as “the Olympics combined with music.” Performing ballet on pointe, modern and aerial dance, Luminario looks to the future and wears the past effortlessly. Their program includes neoclassical ballet by Michael Smuin and modern dance legend Bella Lewitzky’s “TURF,” as well as FLEX-Helle’s LedZAerial, where aerials and ballet meet Led Zeppelin. Special guest choreographers from Broadway to So You Think You Can Dance to Cirque du Soleil will be featured! There is also a VIP Reception on Sunday, August 8th at noon. Includes a champagne brunch and mingle with our guest stars! |
