Hi,
For the past few years I've slowly gotten more stiff in my upper body when I dance. And over the past summer until now It's starting to get better. My teacher thinks it has to do with not breathing enough. But even when I breathe I'm still somewhat stiff. The more flexible I get the less stiff I become I think, and now I've gotten to the point where I'm only stiff en pointe.
I'm looking for tips anyone might have on relaxing more so my movements flow together better.
