Horizons is looking for an Experienced Hip Hop Teacher on Thursday evenings for September 2009 thru mid-June 2010. Classes run from 6 to 9pm and are 1-hour classes. The first class is an Experienced Teen Hip Hop, the second an Experienced Young Teen Hip Hop, and the third for newer Hip Hop Students ranging from age 9 to young teen. The first 2 classes attend Competition.
We are looking for a Hip Hop teacher that will challenge the students with new moves and intricate choreography. Our previous Hip Hop instructor drove from Philadelphia every Thursday for the past 2 years (about 1 hour and 20 minutes one way) and said it was completely worth it. The students crave challenge and respond well to it.
If you are in the Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Allentown, or surrounding areas, don't hesitate to apply for this position. I offer a competitive salary and also a travel stipend.
If interested, please forward your headshot and resume to HorizonsDance@aol.com. I would like to set-up a trial class for you to teach this summer and we will see if we are a good fit!
