Community (4)

Your 'friends box' shows the thumbnails of randomly selected friends. The members displayed will change every time the page is refreshed. To see all your friends, go to your 'my community' page.

There is no way to pick the friends that show up in that box.

There are two ways to remove a friend:

  • Go to the 'my community' tab, and click on the 'remove friend' button next to your friend’s info.
  • Go to your Friend’s Profile page and click on the button 'remove friend' in the right column.

If you select this option, you will be removed from their Friends List as well. The Plugger removed will not be able to request a friendship. If you wish to be friends again, you will need to initiate the friend request.

There are different ways to make friends:

  • Use the DancePlug Search to find people you know and then click the 'add friend' button on the right. If they are already your friend, the button will read 'remove friend'.
  • If you already are viewing a Profile, click the 'add friend' button in the right column.
  • You can also see Pluggers 'you may know' on your home and my community pages.

Friends is a two-way relationship, as a follower is only one-way. Being a friend with another member, allows both you and your friend to see each other’s updates in the Pulse (new info, photos, videos, status updates, etc...).

As a follower, a Plugger gets to stay updated with the Followee’s work (change of info, new photos, videos, status updates, etc...) - but the Followee does not have any connection with its followers unless they become friends.
