Napoleon W Gladney

NAPOLEON W. GLADNEY, of California, has a BFA in dance performance from Chapman University in Southern California where he has received numerous awards and recognitions from the department of dance for performance, outstanding contributions, and choreography. Napoleon is currently a featured dancer in Wicked The Musical’s First National Tour. With his diverse training he has had the opportunity to perform with various companies and ensembles, including Odyssey Dance Theatre and Backhausdance. In addition he has performed in musicals, with production companies, hip hop dance teams, and at several ACDF Galas and National American College Dance Festivals including New York City and the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Napoleon has worked with artists Agnes Carlson, Meaghan Smith, and Shinedown and other projects include a promo for the Fifa World Cup and a Funny or Die music video. As a choreographer and teacher, Napoleon has had the opportunity to travel to teach master classes and set choreography on dance companies, teams, and studios. Napoleon is also an aspiring dance writer and has been on staff for Orange County Arts and Culture Magazine.
