Noel Frias is a 20 year old dancer who grew up in "the heights" and currently resides in the Bronx . Noel was raised in a household that was very athletic and he loved baseball. With his mind set on baseball as he entered high school, he trained vigorously and when he started his senior year he began to have a strong fixation on the arts. Therefore, at the age of 17 he began dancing and has been dancing for 3 years. While training under Valentine Norton he has worked with artists such as Dawn Richards, Kanye West and Beyonce.
