Tiffany Daniels

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA where I lived 30 minutes from my performing arts school and 20 minutes from the ocean. My mother placed me in a combination ballet and tap class at the age of 3 and during my first recital I refused to move a muscle until I found my father in the audience. Once I found him...IT WAS ON! I haven’t stopped performing since. I found a genuine love and obsession for musical theatre during my high school years and was determined to achieve my dreams in a Broadway production. I began working at a professional theatrical company in San Diego performing in shows such as The Music Man, Crazy For You, 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, Guys and Dolls, and My Fair Lady. Upon high school graduation I moved to upstate New York to attend Cornell University. There I focused mainly on my education and in turn I received a bachelor of science in Hotel Administration. However, I knew early along in my college years that after graduation I would be moving to LA to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. The summer after college graduation I auditioned and was accepted for a scholarship at the Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood. I trained intensely in different areas of dance, and began to get an understanding of the business of “the business”. Since graduating from the Edge program I have performed in commercials for KSwiss, Toyota, Diet Pepsi, Greyhound, and Lifetime Television. I spent a season dancing for the Los Angeles Lakers as well as hosting the live pre-game Lakers Television show. I have appeared on CBS’s Coldcase and I am currently starring as “Squeak” in the 1st National Tour of The Color Purple. I am grateful for my journey and I look forward to everyday to see what it has in store. What is next for me, only time will tell.
