Tom Richardson began singing and dancing right off the bat at 4 years old. He studied in Australia, the UK and in New York ay Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center in every aspect of dance from Ballet to Bollywood. He also studied Classical Voice and musical theater repertoire and once trained to be an opera singer.

Tom appeared in the US national tour of Broadway’s 6 Tony nominated SWING! TraumNovela in the European Debut as Ecco, Falco Rock Musical (Vienna, Austria), West Side story (Bernardo), Joseph and the amazing Technicolor Dream-coat (Reuben), Gypsy (LA), the national tour of Banana’s in Pajamas (Australian tour), Confessions (off-Broadway-Tim) Guest Solo Artist for Ameli dance Theater, Lead dancer CCL/RCCL (Miami, FL) to name a few. Tom has performed in several industrials from Joop Perfume to Coca Cola to British airways and appearances in film and television.

Choreography credits include; D.R.A (Dancers Responding to Aids) Dancin' Downtown at the Joyce Theatre New York City, SYTYCD - Ukraine (Collaborative choreography Shelly Masenior) DANCE: In It For Life Productions (off-Broadway), Midnight on Broadway, NDA/NCA varsity Collegiate college championship, La Companyia XII International (Spain) The Winged Ones (Australian Premiere-Co-director/choreographer), TraumNovela Spain(Assistant Choreographer and Dance Captain) and IIFL Workshops New York and Los Angeles.
He has been awarded several distinctions for his choreography at many national and international competitions.

Tom has taught Master classes all over the United States, Australia, Spain, Canada and Austria. He is on faculty with ConQuest Conventions and StarQuest as master teacher and judge, Intrigue Dance Intensives and also adjudicates for dance competitions in Canada and Australia.

Tom teaches a wide range of classes from Contemporary to Bollywood Dance with a strong technique based warm-up and central core work. He teaches dancers to be self aware of their weakness and strengths and to balance out the body. He pushes his dancers to the limit in their movements and their emotional connection to the music and story of the choreography. He doesn't just train his dancers to be flawless technicians but also to be emotional vessels to make the movement mean so much more.
