Menina, a Portuguese and French Canadian, began her professional career at the tender age of 12 in Vancouver where she grew up. Today, she is based out of Los Angeles, CA where she maintains a hectic schedule as an international freelance dancer, teacher, choreographer, actor, model and even director and producer. Menina has performed extensively in North America, South America, Asia & Europe in front of stadium crowds of up to 60,000 and seen by millions on International TV and film.

Menina's film credits include Nickelodeon's Spectacular!, House Bunny starring Anna Faris, Kickin It Old Skool starring Jamie Kennedy, Crank 2: High Voltage, Poseidon, directed by Academy Award Director, Wolfgang Peterson; "Alpha Dog" , starring Sharon Stone, Bruce Willis & Justin Timberlake. She has also worked on Independant films such as Story by Amy Niles", "Eye of The Beholder", "Holla" and "Road Rage".

She can be seen in several commercials for "Pepsi" with "Britney Spears", "Nationwide" with "MC Hammer", "Sprite", "Mervyn's" with "Holly Robinson", & Lux Shampoo with Keira Knightly. She has also appeared in music videos for "Nelly Furtado", American Idol's "William Hung", "Pony Boi featuring Da Brat" and "Bryton McClure". She recently completed a World Tour with Asia's biggest pop artist - RAIN.

As a choreographer, she has worked on VHI's Celebrity Fit Club, The Cheetah Girls - One World Premiere Party, PopKomm in Germany, Nicki Foxx's Music video, Bryton McClure's music video, Penfifteen's music video, live shows for recording arist - Nicki Foxx, NBA Toronto Dance Pak & The New York International Music Festival. She has also choreographed Luis Miguel's World Tour 2005-07-winner of numerous Latin Grammys.

Along with her performing career, she is the Co-Director of "5-6-7-8 Showtime dance competitions and conventions. Through her involvement with the company as well as many others including Stars of Tomorrow, PDTA (Professional Dance Teachers Association), Tam Jams, Dance Masters of America, Dance Caravan, Footloose, Pacific Coast Talent Showcase and Pro Master Classes, she's had the privilege of judging and teaching thousands of dancers across North America.

She has even taught celebrities including Bryton McClure (Young & The Restless), Daniel Baldwin (Paparazzi), Kim Coles (Living Single), Biz Markey (Hip Hop DJ), Mia Tyler (Stephen Tyler's daughter), Wendy - the Snapple Lady, Judge Mablean (Divorce Court), Ralphy May (Last Comic Standing) and Joe Ganascali (The Sopranos).

She has walked a path that many have only dreamed, and takes great pride in helping others do the same. She has developed a new program, The Hollywood Summer Tour" with the intention to educate, prepare and inspire serious dancers break into the dance industry.
