Pay for union actors is $262/wk. under the Equity Special Appearance Contract. Nonunion professional contracts range from $100-$262/wk., depending on experience/role. A few internships/understudy spots available for early career professionals with starting stipend of $75-$100/wk.

Description

Seeking union and nonunion talent for an Annapolis Shakespeare Company production of "Cabaret the Musical." Specifically seeking trained musical theater dancers and singer-dancers.

Rehearsals begin Jan. 5, 2021
Runs Feb. 5-28, 2021

Audition information:

Submissions should include headshot, resume, and availability for production. Must be available for all of tech and performances.

Actors of all ethnicities are encouraged to submit.

Only limited housing is available for next season; all applicants must indicate whether they are in the DMV area or if they will require housing.

Singers should prepare two pieces showing range, at least one of which should be from a Golden Age musical (pre-1960s).

Dancers should prepare a video sample of their work.

All callbacks will be held in Annapolis, MD and are by appointment/invite only.
