They Say You Should Floss Twice A Day

We all know what the dentist means when he says to floss twice a day, but the world has a new approach to flossing that has nothing to do with your teeth. Flossing is one of the latest dance crazes, and it's continuing to gain momentum. In fact, it’s bringing a lot of people together in the most unlikely places. Maybe you remember the very serious Backpack Kid, who totally upstaged Katy Perry with his flossy moves on SNL. Well, it looks like there's a new kid in town.

A young boy made a new friend by flossing in the most unlikeliest of places… an airport. If you're a frequent traveler, you know that airport security doesn't exactly make you want to get up and shake a leg. Usually, TSA lines and delayed flights cause most travel goers to be quite cranky and tired. However, little Preston Richards did not let the negative energy affect his dancing spirits. After going through security, Richards started flossing and caught the attention of a TSA agent, who decided to join in! In the video, which made national news, you can see Preston and the agent sharing a laugh while going HAM with their flossing techniques. We don't know about you, but we can’t help but smile at this unlikely pair.

So it turns out that flossing crosses all age barriers and is truly the dance for everyone. Plus, it’s great exercise and it can help improve coordination. So maybe we should all start “flossing” twice a day. After all, it’s doctor recommended!
