I started dancing when I was 5 years old and never took it really serious until I saw the movie Step Up when I was probably 15. Till I was 15 I was only doing it for fun. Then singing was my first priority, dance was second. But I always wanted to dance, I just didn't know there were schools in The Netherlands where you could study dance. After I saw Step Up I start searching for a school just a like in the U.S. So I was already planning to move out of the country to study dance and singing at that age. Then I saw there was a school in Amsterdam that offered both so I did audition and I wasn't accepted. So I went to another school who wasn't as good and you didn't even had to do an audition. But I trained for myself and after school and a year later I got accepted at the school in Amsterdam. I graduated last year on this school called Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts (in that time it was called, Dance Academy Lucia Marthas). I was even asked to study on a higher level there but then I had to start in the first class again so I desided not to do that and go to New York. Right now I'm doing a international student program at Peridance. I'm mosty training ballet and modern. But I also keep up my streetstyles. My goal is to go to the Alvin Ailey school and to become a succelfull commercial dancer.
