2018 National Choreographer's Initiative (NCI)

Go behind the scenes at Orange County’s National Choreographer’s Initiative, where sixteen elite dancers from different dance companies come together with four talented emerging choreographers. In just three weeks, these artists will work together to create four new works, which will premiere at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts on July 28th, 2018. We caught up with three of the dancers during their second week of rehearsal at NCI to chat about their experience so far and hear why they chose to take part in the program.
