You will be challenged with direction changes and rebounding movement in this swift lyrical routine. Breezy movements are contrasted with intricate details as well as use of resistance in opposition.
And for those of you who are daring, take a look at Alison Faulk's advanced exercise "Turning Pas de Bourrées" and work on that spot!
This exercise combines technique and style with quick direction changes and a triple pirouette.
