Round 3 P90X

Well I have now wrapped up week 3 of my P90X training.  I am feeling super good and definitely getting fitter.  My diet has been consistent which has been a great plus - breakfasts have all been from memory from the last time, pretty much a salad for lunch and dinners have been low in complex carbs.  So refined sugars for 3 weeks now.  One small saving grace is a can of Diet Coke - naughty I know but sometimes water just becomes all too much.

Just replaced my bands as I broke the other ones.  Hopefully these ones last a load longer than the other ones!  At the moment I am weighing in at 181 on average.  Pushing to be below 180 by week 4.  My big aim is to reach where I was this time last year which was close to 170.
