Alek was born and raised in Poland, where he received dance training in a variety of styles from ballroom, jazz, street jazz, to hip hop and contemporary. In 2011, Alek received a Jazz Instruction and Choreography degree under Kielecki Dance Theatre from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland. He then mastered his skills at renowned dance studios around the world: Edge PAC, Millennium Dance Complex and Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in Los Angeles, Pineapple and Studio68 in London, as well as Studio Harmonic in Paris. After sustaining a successful dance career in Europe, he moved to Los Angeles in 2015.

Alek gathered a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry, having danced on many high profile jobs for names such as Celine Dion, Jessie J, Pharrell, Kehlani, Camila Cabello, Finneas, Christian Louboutin, One Republic, and the reggaeton superstar Karol G and her record breaking "Strip Love" arena tour - the highest grossing tour by a Latina in history, with sold out venues like the Madison Square Garden all across North America. He most recently performed with the singer at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium in Puerto Rico in 3 sold-out shows for the audience of 90 thousand people. Alek is also a principal dancer, choreographer and creative associate for Dita Von Teese and her touring burlesque shows, which are deemed the biggest in world's history. As one of the top booking dancers at the prestigious McDonald Selznick Associates, Alek regularly works on TV and in film as well. Some of his screen credits include FOX "Monarch", Paramount + "1923", NBC "The Voice", CBS "The Talk", Dancing With The Stars, X Factor and SYTYCD Poland, where he became TOP 3 male dancer and received a title of the "best duet performance" from the viewers across the country. Most recently, Alek performed in two motion pictures: "Don't Worry Darling" (2022) and "Sitting In Bars With Cake" (2023). He has also worked with brands such as Moschino, MAC Cosmetics, Lee Jeans, Jockey and Desperados.

Some of Alek’s choreography experience include: DWTS Poland, Ellen DeGeneres Fund’s "Gorillapalooza", 50th Cannes Film Festival for Chopard (2022), burlesque superstar Dita Von Teese’s World tours: "Art of the Teese" (2018) and "Glamonatrix" (2022-2023), as well as music videos for Viki Gabor, Jenny March, Maya B, Ebb and Flow, Shayla Souliere, Richard Shelton and Adam Cola.
