Alek was born and raised in Poland, where he received dance training in a variety of styles from ballroom, jazz, street jazz, to hip hop and contemporary, which all shape his unique style as a performer today. In 2011, Alek received a Jazz Instruction and Choreography degree under Kielecki Dance Theatre from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland. He then mastered his skills all around the world at renowned dance studios, such as Edge PAC (LA), Millennium Dance Complex (LA), Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio (LA), Pineapple (London), Studio68 (London) and Studio Harmonic (Paris). After achieving a successful dance and choreography career in Europe, he decided to take it a step further and moved to Los Angeles in 2015.

As a sought-after dancer on the top of the field, Alek works with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry: Celine Dion, Pharrell, Jessie J, Kehlani, Karol G, Camila Cabello, Finneas, Kim Petras, One Republic, G Eazy, Christian Louboutin, Ellen DeGeneres, and Dita Von Teese, to name a few. He regularly performs on TV/Film and live stage. Some of his screen credits include: SYTYCD Poland (Top 3 Males), X Factor, NBC The Voice, CBS The Talk, “Don't Worry Darling” Motion Picture, "Sitting In Bars With Cake” Motion Picture, FOX “Monarch", Paramount + “1923" and Dancing With The Stars. Alek has also worked with brands such as Moschino, MAC Cosmetics, Lee Jeans, Jockey and Desperados.

With 15 years of experience as a dancer, choreographer and educator, Alek is an active member of exclusive industry organizations: Television Academy, SAG/AFTRA, National Dance Education Organization, Dance/USA and Dance Studies Association. He is also a Founding Member of the Choreographers Guild. In 2023, Alek was nominated for the National Dance Education Organization “Outstanding Leadership in the Independent Sector” National Award.
