FINI DANCE Post-Graduate Company Program

FINI DANCE is seeking early-career dancers for its 2027 Post-Graduate Company Program in Italy and New York City.

The FINI DANCE Post-Graduate Company Program is a six-month company experience in Italy and New York City. Participants form the performing company of the FINI DANCE Festival, an international festival connecting artists and companies between Italy and New York.

Dancers take daily class and work 6–8 hours a day rehearsing company repertory and new creations. The company works with artists from Martha Graham Dance Company, Jennifer Muller/The Works, Paul Taylor Dance, Parsons Dance, Limón Dance Company, Michael Mao Dance, and Staten Island Ballet, among others. Dancers also gain teaching and assisting experience, receive audition and career guidance, and video/photo from performances.

Performances include the FINI DANCE Festival in Villapiana, Italy and the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater in New York.

Dates:

• Italy: June 7 – July 30, 2027
• New York Summer Residency: August 22 – September 11, 2027
• New York Fall Season: October 4 – December 19, 2027

Tuition: $14,500, including housing in Italy. Housing options for New York will be provided through our accommodation partners at preferential rates if needed. 50% and 100% scholarships are available but limited.

The program is open to early-career dancers, including recent college graduates, conservatory and studio-trained dancers, and dancers currently auditioning for company work.
