Transitional Floor Work
Travel across the floor in this floor-work phrase, moving seamlessly and gracefully between positions. A floor chaîné opens the phrase: your feet are the mop, cleaning the floor and ranging over both legs as you travel. Then you catch yourself on your arm, bend a leg around into an attitude and slide up and over.
After a roll onto your back, a knee spin brings you back up. The aim is to move through it seamlessly, easily and gracefully, standing by the end of the second eight.
