Floor with Levels
A grounded across-the-floor exercise that uses your core to flow through transitions, phrasing with the music. The exercise begins with a melt: heels lift, the spine undulates and your chin lifts.
Hands travel over to the right side before you press the floor away into a near handstand and tuck the knees in. The legs extend one at a time. Land wide, because a narrow landing makes the next step feel narrow too. After a reaching turn, the left arm pulls you on and the right knee drives up to your chest.
