Assemblés run through this class in many forms. At the barre they come as soutenus and doubles, in the center they turn, and in the allegro they travel, go backward and turn in the air.

The barre prepares the center. The pirouette work at the bar and the attitude promenade in the adage show up again in the center combinations, so you arrive at them already warm. The tendus change accents between out and in, and the petits battements on demi-pointe stay big, big, big.
