Step, Cross, Groove

An exercise on weight transfers and arm variations built on the step cross. Step cross is a move people always have questions about: how to amplify it, change it up, add different arms. This drill starts with the basic step, then varies it.

The weight transfers forward on each cross. The torso goes up or slightly back against the feet. Arms mimic the feet, and their accents land on 2, 4, 6 and 8.

Options: roll out or in with a clap, or wipe the sweat away.
