Transitional Focus
Work on the transitions between steps in this lyrical across-the-floor exercise. The big turns and leaps get the attention, but the moments between them are what make a phrase work. Take your time in them and invest in each one.
The exercise travels. Weight goes back to the heels at the start, which is rare. A small jeté then covers ground, and a crawl of the leg with a chug on the standing foot keeps you moving.
