Transitional Movement
An across-the-floor exercise on moving from one movement to the next. It's set to a slower song, so use all of it. Don't arrive early, and fill your space.
The long drag across the floor sets the tone, with an arm following and your eyes out over the fingertips. A bent leg then spokes up and out, and you lean over to feel the stretch in your obliques.
At the end, the head roll becomes an upper-body roll. Isolate the shoulders, the rib cage and then the whole body together.
