Knee Opening Grooves
Low grooves that send the knees in and out make up this exercise. Start in a wide stance and buckle both knees in one at a time, then open. The heel turns out as the knee buckles so you get the full range, with arms punching in and going behind you on the opening.
The knee then comes in one at a time with flat tabletop hands, as if patting it over. Next you lean side to side as you take the knees out, and a last groove brings the feet together. Get a good stretch first, because this one goes low.
