Toe-Heel Wiggle Extended
Balance your beats in this rhythm exercise, even in timing and volume, building from claps to heels to toes. Keep the same space between every beat so your articulation stays on point when things get faster.
The exercise builds in stages. Claps land on the ands. Next, a heel replaces the clap on the supporting leg. Then a toe replaces the heel, which is the hardest part. Practise with a metronome. Once you've mastered all three, alternate clap, heel and toe for fun.
