Heel Shuffles (Turning)

Strong heels set the base beat in this heel shuffle exercise. Shuffle to the front, side and behind, creating plenty of space in the hip, then alternate with heels to switch feet.

Use your upper body as a counterbalance. It helps you stay upright, especially on the shuffles behind. Near the end, you can turn them if you want a little extra spice. Rotating the feet adds mobility and flexibility. Some days stay mild, some days add the flavour.
