Chaîné Hitch Kick
Sharp direction changes drive this exercise: slide-down chaînés, a pivot, a tuck jump, a fan kick, then a pirouette into a hitch kick.
Your leg might not go as high as the demonstrator's, and that is fine. A controlled single pirouette and a 90-degree hitch kick count as much as a big one. Turn out, stretch through the feet and keep the hips square.
Don't carry so much turning momentum that you can't step forward.
