Leveled Groove
Learn to groove while changing levels with arms and legs, all at once. Start with feet shoulder width apart and a light bounce in the knees. The shoulders rock forward. Next the arms punch out while the opposite arm tucks in. Last come the legs, with a kick out on the right.
In the second eight you move back, then take it down. Your arm may punch down instead of forward as you drop. That's fine. Keep the shoulder groove present.
