Isol-nation
An isolation exercise that moves one body part at a time, building toward fluid circles and a body roll.
Before any circle, move through four points: front, side, back, side, always back to center. The head stays level on the side. Only after that connect the dots into a circle with the head, then the chest and hips.
Finish the hip circle at the back so a body roll can climb up, each bone pushing the next. Let the head release last.
