Shoulder Isolation
Loosen your shoulders without forcing them in this slow shoulder isolation exercise. Relaxed muscles give you a deeper rotation.
Rotate backward first, then forward, with double time between. Let the knees bounce, since that cushion makes the shoulders move bigger. Touch your shoulder if it helps you see where it goes.
After a bigger side-to-side rotation, the pace picks up. The last four eights lean on lifting up and down, with the front shoulder rising on the beat. Use your whole body, and your neck, to help.
