Bicycle Jumps

A grounded exercise on bicycle jumps with arm pulls, where one leg always seems to pedal backward. The front leg kicks straight with a flexed foot, bends in and stomps down, and both feet jump together. Everything lands at once. Stay heavy, grounded and low.

Do both sides to stay even. Slow ones come without arms, the fast ones add them, and the arm on the working side pulls with a strong, straight line. The jump takes you around to the other side, so there is no time to turn first.
