Word Textures

A texture improvisation on one short eight-count phrase, where a single word changes how you dance it. Pick a word. Crunchy, shy, still. Then dance an eight count as that word.

The short phrase is the same every time. A step out, knees inverting, an arm cross to the right and a reset. Counts are there to learn it, but the exercise doesn't need them. Play with any timing, and let the word decide how you move.
