Which Way is Front?
An across-the-floor exercise with several direction changes, built on a clear, specific spot and articulate footwork. Where are you looking? Every time the direction changes, pick one small thing in the room, like a crack in the floor, not a whole wall.
Your weight stays in the balls of your feet, with plenty of work in forced arch. The body can face front while you still travel stage right, so keep your eyes on where you're going. The step ball-changes draw a three-sided box.
