Head Exercise with Pirouettes

A head isolation exercise that starts with the head alone: forward, center, back, center. Then incline the ear toward the shoulder, right and left. Move only the head and don't break the back of your neck.

Arms join in, so it becomes coordination as well. Think of the center as home, a ticking clock, and never make the timing even. A jazz fourth then leads to a pas de bourrée turn and a double or triple pirouette.
