Bruiser
Rocker-ish, with moments of abandon, this combination uses technique in service of that freedom. Technique serves that freedom, and the class marks where to throw the movement away and where to hold it.
Walk around yourself before the first count, then let the music take you toward something explosive. Fire in the eyes. Strong, staccato hits sit beside fluid ones, with flexed hands and feet, an air-guitar moment, and a throw.
Section two goes to the floor and back up. Risk matters here: tilt off center, and your core keeps you centered.
Near the end there is a short improv for you to fill.
