Take Up Space Floorwork
A center exercise that moves in and out of floor work. It has plenty of dynamics, strength and rolling. It travels from the back to the front.
Because you are on the floor, it is easy to look down and collapse. Lift off your hips, keep your upper body carried and your eyes up, and connect to the audience. The more you lift, the softer the transitions are.
A flat-bodied hold with the legs off the floor follows, then a sharp attitude leg over and around. Keep it going, over and over, and find the picture between each move.
