Groove Practice
A hip-hop across-the-floor combination of grooves where the torso does the work and the rock never stops. Texture and personality matter as much as the steps.
Think down and around, as in pirouettes. Out, up, out, with a scuff that starts from the heel. The rock in the chest stays on through shopping-bag arms and a tight, punchy moment, then it flips to rock backward with a heel and a hip.
Lower body sharp, upper body groovy.
