Low Grooves & Step Slide
An across-the-floor groove exercise for musicality, where four walking steps and a wide, low second position show your personality. Getting low means more than bent legs: the chest comes forward too.
Picture a singer reaching over to high-five the crowd, then lean into it. Slides to each side, a crisscross and a turn bring you to a pose, and the pose is yours. Keep a rock in everything.
Travel across the floor and use the space.
