To express our support and love for the dance community during the COVID-19 quarantine, we are continuing our discount for The Enthusiastclass monthly plan. Until further notice, renewals are at $20 per month.
This is a warm up designed for beginning hip hop dancers. Warming up the core muscle groups, working on rocking and grooves, and basic isolations; this warm up allows students to learn and fully be prepared for class.
Please read before engaging in any physical activity related to DancePlug's online dance classes.
There are inherent risks of injury in dance activities. These injuries include, but are not limited to, muscle soreness, ankle and knee injury, and cartilage and ligament damage. You are solely responsible for warming up and giving yourself room to practice in order to avoid accidents.
