This exercise is designed for your to use your breath while working on both contracting and releasing. You will be using your lower levels to warm up the hips while connecting to your center and finding your length.

About the instructor

Melissa Miles is a resident choreographer at Knottā€™s Berry Farm ("All Wheels Extreme," "The Haunt," and more), as well as music videos for Jackson Harris and Midnight Mirage. She has had the pleasure of teaching at Millennium Dance Complex and Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in LA, and Broadway Dance Center Tokyo. She currently teaches at the Edge PAC, The Streetz dance convention, across the US and internationally including Spain, Japan, France, Mexico, and Canada.
