Heel Toe (Gallop)

A footwork foundation exercise on the heel toe, also called the gallop, which leads to more complicated combinations. It gets harder once you add the jack, the house groove, on top of it.

Tap quickly and strongly with the toes. The groove stays steady, because it is your transition between steps. The feet cross fully over on both sides.
