Coordination Fun
A floor exercise on coming up and down smoothly, using opposition for coordination. Circles start in the fingertips, then the elbows, then the shoulders, as if someone picked them up. The head releases back and the knees break, and your hands meet the floor softly.
From there you slide to a hip, roll through your own arm and curl back up. A half turn, single or double, finishes each side.
