Floor Flow
A floor exercise for flow and coordination, where some body parts lead and the rest follow. Lie down and let the toes lead. The right big toe pushes you down and over until you feel a twist in your spine, and a hip pulls you back. Then the left side.
Hips lift, a knee and elbow come in, and an arm and leg reach out to take up all the space. Other body parts lead while the rest follow and relax. Hands and feet trace the floor throughout.
