Heel Switch Roll Clap

A coordination exercise built on heel-toe jumps that switch angles. Your elbows stay up and tight while the knees rotate from one diagonal to the other.

Stay on your toes and keep your core working so the jumps stay light. The last count of each side has several things happening at once: a slow knee lift, an arm roll, then a kick back with a clap in the air.

It is taught on one side, then mirrored.
