Description

This is a warm-up exercise that is meant to isolate the upper body, and stretch the back of the legs. Being in a seated position allows you to really get a good stretch on your sides.

About the instructor

Tovaris Wilson has had the pleasure of choreographing for Britney Spears, Vanessa Carlton, episodes of American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Le Grand Cirque featuring the Chinese Circus, The Pussycat Dolls tour, and a Nike Campaign featuring FKA Twigs. In addition, Tovaris enjoys teaching dance. He has been commissioned by studios not only in the United States, but also in Australia, Japan, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, and Germany. He is a resident instructor at Edge PAC and Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in Los Angeles.
