Warm Up/Cool Down Sass Iso
An isolations sequence to warm up before a combination or cool down after one: heads, shoulders, ribs and hips, not knees and toes. Each isolation goes slow, then fast, right then left, and the head roll closes with a full circle. Then they stack: the ribs lead into the hips, which is on purpose a little tricky.
Footwork joins in with a cat-and-mouse step, a hip and a shoulder, then arms and a double-time swish with a touch of old-school jazz. Use it before a combination to warm the joints, or after to cool down.
