Laura’s work with artists Ryan Heffington, Eboni Nichols, Nicole Berger, Meagan Lawson, Brian Friedman, Mandy Moore, Michael Rooney, Brooke Lipton continues to be a source of family-in-art. She’s had the pleasure of supporting the work of performers Kate Hudson, Julia Dreyfus, Gina Rodriguez and many other film and television cast members during her long career in dance.

Laura has developed movement syllabus and evaluations for both the professional and novice level dancer. Her extensive commitment to arts education has won her several foundation grants for workshops, continued education, and professional development and syllabus. When Laura is not dancing, she writes young adult fiction and hosts an online interview blog: Dancing Ahead.

Dancing Ahead interviews dancers who have gone before, either leaping down a traditional path or twirling along a road less traveled. For more than thirty years, Laura’s dance work as a performer, choreographer, and educator has connected her to an industry of talented and passionate fellow professionals in film, television, and stage. These closely held associations offer rich insight to our newer generation of dancers, to help guide their success, give support, and offer confirmation for their dance journey.
